Dead Zed's Revenge is an unofficial community fan project built for entertainment, challenge tracking, and stream/community interaction.

This legal notice explains the status of the project, the use of fan references, AI-generated or AI-assisted assets, Morf-related likeness and character permissions, and Dead by Daylight-related materials.

1. Unofficial fan project

Dead Zed's Revenge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by:

• Behaviour Interactive;
• Dead by Daylight;
• Twitch;
• any related rights holder, publisher, developer, platform, or official partner.

Dead Zed's Revenge is a community project and should not be treated as an official Dead by Daylight, Twitch, Behaviour Interactive, or Morf product.

2. Dead by Daylight references

Dead Zed's Revenge references Dead by Daylight as part of an unofficial fan challenge.

The site may include or refer to:

• Dead by Daylight survivor names;
• survivor portraits;
• perk names or references;
• challenge concepts inspired by Dead by Daylight gameplay;
• Dead by Daylight lore used for trivia questions;
• other Dead by Daylight-related names, images, references, or concepts.

Dead by Daylight and related characters, names, images, lore, and materials belong to their respective rights holders.

These materials are used only for unofficial community, fan, commentary, challenge, and entertainment purposes.

3. Morf likeness and character permissions

Some assets on Dead Zed's Revenge use Morf's likeness or are based on Morf-related character references.

This includes, but may not be limited to:

• Morf-themed visual assets;
• Morf likeness used in site artwork;
• special survivor portraits using Morf's face or likeness;
• the Dead Zed character, based on Morf's Zed character;
• The Foxmother character, based on Morf's Mandy character.

Morf has given permission for this project to use his likeness and his Zed/Mandy character references.

That permission may be revoked. If permission is revoked, the affected assets may be removed, replaced, hidden, or redesigned.

4. AI-generated and AI-assisted assets

Dead Zed's Revenge uses AI-generated and AI-assisted assets across the site.

This includes, but may not be limited to:

• character artwork;
• UI illustrations;
• site banners;
• game currency icons;
• Morf-themed portraits;
• Dead Zed artwork;
• The Foxmother artwork;
• special survivor portrait variants;
• other visual assets created, edited, or transformed using AI tools.

Some assets may combine original design direction, fan references, AI generation, manual prompting, editing, selection, and further design treatment.

AI-generated or AI-assisted assets on this site are part of Dead Zed's Revenge and are provided only for use within this project.

5. Survivor portraits and modified portraits

Some survivor portrait assets may use Dead by Daylight survivor materials combined with Morf-inspired or Morf-likeness modifications.

These modified assets are unofficial fan creations.

They are not official Dead by Daylight assets and should not be presented as official Behaviour Interactive, Dead by Daylight, Twitch, or Morf materials.

6. Ownership of site-specific content

Unless otherwise stated, the site-specific presentation, challenge rules, written copy, UI design, original character treatment, modified artwork, AI-assisted artwork selection, and Dead Zed's Revenge branding are part of this project.

You may not copy, redistribute, sell, republish, extract, reuse, train on, or commercially exploit site assets without permission from the site owner and, where relevant, the underlying rights holders.

This restriction includes:

• Dead Zed's Revenge artwork;
• modified survivor portraits;
• Morf-themed portrait assets;
• Dead Zed character artwork;
• The Foxmother character artwork;
• icons, banners, and UI illustrations;
• written challenge copy;
• game-specific rules and presentation.

7. No claim over third-party rights

Dead Zed's Revenge does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

All third-party names, images, characters, brands, trademarks, logos, lore, and references remain the property of their respective owners.

References to third-party works are used in good faith as part of an unofficial community fan project.

8. No commercial endorsement

Any reference to Dead by Daylight, Behaviour Interactive, Twitch, Morf, survivor characters, game lore, perks, or related content does not imply endorsement, approval, sponsorship, partnership, or official involvement.

9. Rights holder concerns

If you are a rights holder, authorised representative, or depicted person and you have concerns about content used on Dead Zed's Revenge, contact the site owner.
